What Didalyx is
Didalyx is an AI-powered educational application. Its features include an AI Tutor, Voice AI, Problem Resolver, Book Assistant, AI Exam, Function Graph, educational games (Didalyx Arcade) and other educational utilities, available on web and mobile.
Information that may be processed
To operate these educational features, Didalyx may process the following high-level categories of information. For the complete and binding details, please refer to the official Iubenda policy linked above.
- Account information such as your name, email address or user identifier.
- Authentication information used to sign you in, including third-party sign-in identifiers.
- AI prompts, messages and questions you submit to Didalyx features.
- Images you optionally upload to use with Problem Resolver.
- Voice or audio input you optionally provide to use with Voice AI.
- Documents, books or files you optionally provide to use with Book Assistant.
- Purchase and subscription records needed to manage access to paid features.
- App usage and activity information required to operate and improve the features.
- Technical and security information needed to provide, secure and maintain the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and operate Didalyx services: to maintain your account, to generate educational responses to your requests, to manage subscriptions and purchases, to keep the service secure, and to improve the learning experience. Didalyx does not present advertising tracking, sale of personal data, location tracking, health profiling or financial services as part of its product.
Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Didalyx account and associated data at any time through our dedicated deletion page:

Follow the instructions on that page to submit your request. If you signed in with a third-party provider, you may also manage or revoke Didalyx access from that provider’s account settings.
Third-party services
Didalyx relies on selected third-party providers to operate (for example, authentication, payments and infrastructure). Those providers process information under their own policies as described in the official Iubenda privacy notice.
